In an increasingly globally affiliated world, how do you connect student learning to relevance beyond the classroom? With a diverse population of students, many military connected, it is quite common to hear students at Tucker Creek Middle School share stories of the myriad of international places they have visited or lived. Creating lessons pertinent, purposeful and interesting to the unique diversity common to these students is a focus that inspired the offering of a global studies curriculum at Tucker Creek Middle School.
