Citizenship Exam Requirement Added to U.S. Census 2020
2-in-3 Expected to Fail
Lancaster PA — April 18, 2020 — The U.S. Citizenship Exam requirement will be extended to American citizens who acquired their citizenship from their US parents through additions to U.S. Census 2020 form made by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Only 1-in-3 predicted to pass. National Immigration and Customs Enforcement (NICE) said to be updating contingency plans for mass deportations. “They had enough time,” NICE spokesperson explains.
As other nations impose quotas on American refugee (AM-Ref) resettlement, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) announces Super-Official Resettlement Test (AM-Ref SORT). To qualify for resettlement in other countries under the quota system, American refugees will need to 1) qualify for official refugee status and 2) score high on global-agility self-assessments.
