1. Optimize the company’s IT from a systems architecture overview.

SCOPE:

Familiarize yourself with the e-assets we have accumulated. Troubleshoot problems (example: add Gamil addresses for different functions like “Sales@globally-agile.com).

Familiarize yourself with our strategic plan. Envision the overall e-system we will need. Steadily move us to where we need to be.

2. Build and manage a community of people “on fire” about Global Agility.


SCOPE:


Work with IT to build the e-architecture for an online community.

Build and animate a community.

Work to create a “buzz” for Global Agility.

Deliverable: A branded venue where we assemble fans who attract other fans.

SCHEDULE:

Let's try to get the e-venue up and running in September 2021. Once it’s there you can focus on attracting people.



NOTE 1:
We want to build teams of people who get to know and trust each other as they engage in becoming more "globally agile".  The venue should put the Internet at the service of the team members.   That is to say that the teams should not be subject to advertisements or manipulative messaging.  

NOTE 2: We can start by developing the Scope of Work. We could make that an initial milestone.  


3. Book clients for "global agility" training: transformative virtual "travel" under COVID-19. 

SCOPE:

Understand what we do (take a crash course in our training yourself).  Identify prospects for us to "book" together.

Your travel planning background and contacts. Your smarts (to systematize your prospecting).


SCHEDULE:

ASAP and for a long time.



NOTE 1: You will get a fixed percentage of their Quarterly "tuition" as long as they are with us (usually 1 year).
